Chelsea Media Facility - NYC

This space was an extremely narrow former Meat-Packers' locker room that totals about 1,500 square feet and is located on the second floor of an old decrepit building. The goal was to transform the raw space into a comfortable office loft by taking advantage of the top floor status and adding many new skylights, and to create a barrier from the industrial street on which it is located.
